You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • All original tags must be attached
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when received

  • By Mail: Send the item using the provided return label after approval.

Return Shipping & Fees

For Defective or Damaged Products:

  • Return shipping is free
  • You’ll receive a prepaid return label
  • We will offer a replacement or repair, and if not feasible, a full refund

For Customer Remorse (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size):

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • You’ll be refunded the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable)

Exchanges
